Tyco Speedways 2-Lane Sports Car Race Set This early Tyco S set from the 60's is complete and ready to run. The set box is in fair condition, with some light water stains on the cover, two cover corner tears, and some other tears along the cover sides. Most brands of HO slotcars will work on this set, including T-Jets, AFX, Atlas, etc. The cars include a Jaguar XKE in candy red, in near mint condition. Paint is free of chips, with just a trace of pindot size wear at the outer edges of the rear bumpers. Rear screw post has a crack about 1/2 way down that holds screw fine. Front post has no cracks. Chassis runs fine. Next is a '63 Corvette split window in candy blue, missing the window glass and mounted on a T-Jet chassis. Left window post has a crack at top. Rear screw post has been reconstructed, and front post has a crack about 1/4" down that holds the running chassis fine. Inside the contents include: 6- 9" radius 1/4 circle curves 2- 9" straights 2- 4.5" chicane straights 1- 6" straight 1- 6" lap counter straight with dials 1- terminal track 5- guard rails (white- several of them have one broken section but can still be used) 1- power pack 16 volts (working) 2- controllers (working) 6- pieces of assorted size grey elevation piers There is a figure 8 layout diagram included with some tears which was originally glued to the box cover probably.
